THE IVY COLLECTION – SOPHISTICATED DINING EXPERIENCE MADE SIMPLE

The Ivy Asia

A haven of style and unfaltering service. I absolutely love the Ivy collection of restaurants, brasseries and bars. Ambiance aside, the food and cocktails are absolutely delicious, and if you’re looking for beautiful deco, well… that’s definitely the place to check out!

Let’s talk food! The Ivy Collection’s menus feature modern British dishes, many of which are inspired from the original Ivy on West Street, established in 1917 in the heart of the West End.

It’s all good and there are no bad choices, but if I had to name a few favorites… roasted scallops, steak tartare, lobster linguine and grilled sea bass.

Food aside, I think the reason why I love the Ivy so much is the cool vibe and decor. Something about this place comes across as warm, inviting, relaxed yet entirely sophisticated! Basically, it’s one of the best places to kick back, relax and enjoy a delicious meal! I especially love the calming colour palette of earth tones and the ambient lighting.

My particular recommendation is to arrive early, and have a fabulous drink at the impressive bar before your dinner. So calming and relaxing, yet chic and swanky at the same time! Though all the cocktails I’ve tried were absolutely phenomenal, the Ivy Royale was perhaps my favorite. I am very fond of refreshing drinks that feel light on the palette, and the Ivy Royale tasted like Summer in a cup!

The Ivy City Garden in London

Relaxed, sophisticated all-day dining in the historic Bishopgate Gardens with an easy walk from Liverpool Street Station.

I find this place easy-going, equally suited to morning coffee and a hearty breakfast, a quick business lunch or leisurely evening entertaining.

The a la carte menu ranges from light, healthy dishes to indulgent comfort food classics. My favourite are roasted scallops with apple and ginger purée followed by the steak tartare (hand-cut raw beef striploin).

A City Garden special on the drinks list comes in the form of the Ivy Kir Royale made with Plymouth sloe gin infused with hibiscus, rosewater, sloe juice and Cocchi Rosa vermouth topped with The Ivy Collection Champagne – perfect for toasting just about any occasion!
