Today marks the start of an exciting new journey for me, and it’s one that I hope I’ll be able to take each and every one of you on with me.
Throughout the last super busy year I’ve been a part of a project developing an app solely focused on Bloggers and Influencers, the app is called BLOGGSY. I’m super excited to announce that the app is now available to download on app stores …

Bloggsy is designed to allow us Bloggers and Influencers to increase our revenue making opportunities by providing a marketplace for us to promote 30 skills and services that we all should be sharing with each other.


There’s a HUGE REFERRAL SCHEME too – where the app will transfer $1 directly into your account for each one of your friends and followers who subsequently downloads the app!! I mean what’s not to love with that – especially if you have thousands of followers!!

It also allows you to find other trusted “BLOGGERS NEXT DOOR” in your area and to see how they rate their own skills and services. We all know how frustrating it can be when you need someone to help take some photos, when you need someone to explain social media strategy, and let’s not forget when you need help with your website development!!

Bloggsy was invented in 2017 to solve an initial problem of connecting Bloggers together in their local areas. Having a directory of competent local photographers or web designers was exactly what was needed initially. The idea grew, and it became obvious that there about 30 other services that bloggers develop a decent level of experience in.

The problem though … was that there wasn’t a marketplace that promoted all of these things in one place … and so Bloggsy began to take shape.

Being able to find these skills in your local area is important … and understanding what ability level is on offer is a big requirement … both in terms of the service provider’s own perceived ability level … and the rated ability from other users.

Bloggsy is an app where users (bloggers, influencers and professionals) can

1) Promote their own skills and experience and earn money

2) Find a trusted local person to

i) help improve technical aspects of their blog … like web development or media editing,

ii) perform more repetitive tasks that bloggers don’t always enjoy doing,

iii) help with tasks that you can’t always do on your own like photography, and

iv) help find other users with more skill or experience particularly with social media promotion and blog development … plus a whole heap of other services.

The unique thing about Bloggsy is that it’s a place for user’s to not only find other service providers, but to be able to help USERS PROMOTE THEIR own SKILLS and EXPERIENCE. This is a major observation in the Blogging world … as we all know that the top Bloggers will earn money through promotions and collaborations … but this isn’t the case for everyone. Having a marketplace where ALL Bloggers can INCREASE their own revenue earning potential is a massive core feature of Bloggsy.

There is also FUNCTIONALITY FOR PROFESSIONAL PROVIDERS to be able to promote their services on Bloggsy too … because many bloggers will sometimes want to go all out and make the most out of a particular post.
This means that users now have a choice of how to spend their (say) £20 on a service. They can easily see if the service is highly trusted and rated, and if that user has a very high number of followers.

Given that my husband provides a very good “Instagram husband photography service” … it’s great that Bloggsy also allows these “associate’s” services in the app. This helps skilled “associates” like my husband increase his revenue making potential for having developed a marketable skill through my blog. So I’m returning some of the favour by introducing him to Bloggsy I think. Everybody wins!!

Being able to incentivise bloggers and other social media users through referrals is the Bloggsy game changer.
THE REFERRAL FUNCTIONALITY is intended to appeal to bloggers and other social media users so that promotion of Bloggsy will result in a larger marketplace of their services, and reward users for helping increase the membership numbers.

The functionality is intended to be extremely straightforward and allow users an easy way to share with their social media followers. The hope is that users with large numbers of followers (but not only) would be encouraged and want to receive a referral income for introducing lots of their followers to Bloggsy.

Bloggsy was built with people like you and me in mind … to help find you that special user out there who can brighten up your photos … who can talk you through your Bluehost setup … or who can help manage your social media promotion. All at the same time of increasing your own revenue making potential and rewarding you for helping grow the Bloggsy marketplace.
